The Virginia Early Childhood Foundation is assisting the Virginia Department of Education to administer the funds made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This site is designed to empower childcare providers in Virginia with technical assistance and resources to make smart decisions about the uses of the ARPA funds.
