The Fast Track Initiative currently serves Lynchburg and Danville. You must be willing to work at a child care program in this area to participate at this time. Please see the Get Started form for exact program locations.

Fulfilling Employment

Become an assistant teacher at a child care program in your community.

Competitive Wage

Participants start at $15* per hour!

Paid Training

4-weeks of online and on-site training, paid at $15* per hour.

Receive Bonuses

Receive a 6 month and 1 year bonus totaling at least $1,500.

*Please note that the $15 per hour wage is for the current region only.

Eligibility

High school diploma or equivalent

Pass required background checks

English Proficiency

Commit to 1 year of employment

Eligible for employment in the U.S.
